Welcome to the Chemung Valley Soccer Officials Association ("CVSOA")

  We are a group of Soccer Referees who referee Modified, Junior Varsity and Varsity Soccer games in New York Section 4.  These school teams include Corning/Painted Post, Elmira, Notre Dame, Horseheads, Watkins Glen, Odessa/Montour and Waverly.  Each Fall, we referee some 250 games in Section 4.  We also referee soccer games for a number of private schools.
